Google ads Enhanced Conversion Tracking & Analytics Setup for a Popular training institute called My Teen Life Coach

Client: A well-known My Teen life coach with a strong online presence, offering coaching sessions and digital resources to help teenagers build confidence, productivity, and life skills.

Objective: Implement accurate tracking for Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), on  Calendly and  WordPress CMS to measure key user interactions and optimize ad performance.

My Role & Tasks

  1. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Setup via Google Tag Manager (GTM)

    • Configured GA4 property and implemented tracking via GTM to ensure seamless data collection.

    • Set up enhanced measurement for automatic tracking of page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, and more.

  2. Google Ads Conversion Tracking via GTM

    • Deployed the AW-Tag (Google Ads Conversion Tracking) to measure ad-driven conversions.

    • Ensured proper event tracking for lead generation and booking actions.

  3. Events Tracked On WordPress Website 

  4.  Tracked key user engagement events:

      • Email_Click (when users click the email link that is Implemented on Header or footer section of WordPress website)

      • Phone_number_click (when users click the phone number that is Implemented on Header or footer section of WordPress website for contact)

  5. Calendly Integration Tracking 

    • Configured event tracking for Calendly scheduling actions, crucial for measuring booked calls:

      • Invitee_select_day (Key Event)

      • Invitee_select_time (Key Event)

      • Invitee_meeting_scheduled (Key Event)

      • Call_Booked (Key Event – Primary Conversion Goal)

Results & Impact

✅ Accurate Conversion Tracking: The client now has full visibility into how users interact with their website and booking system.
✅ Optimized Ad Spend: Google Ads campaigns can now be refined based on real conversion data (e.g., booked calls).
