Can we install Stape.io on a free Shopify account?
Does Stape.io work with a free or trial Shopify store?
The answer to this question is absolutely not. You can only configure GTM using Stape.io for free, but you won’t be able to receive data layers in your server-side GTM. I tested this on two of my free Shopify stores, but it didn’t work. So don’t get stuck trying—upgrade to a paid version of Shopify.
